Background
On June 24, 2013, the Boad of Supervisors approved the Health and Human Services Agency's (HHSA) FY 2013/14 Recommended Budget. During the Budget Workshop on June 24, 2013, the Board requested HHSA return in August 2013 to provide additional information regarding programs with uncertain budgetary impacts due to changes at the local, state and federal level.
On August 26, 2013 HHSA presented additional information relative to the Affordable Care Act and the Impacts of Federal Sequestration 2013.
