Supervisor Santiago recommending the Board ratify the Chairman's signature on Certificates of Recognition presented to Dan Kikkert, Brendan Ferry and Russ Wigart, Transportation Division, Community Development Agency, Tahoe Engineering Unit, for their representation at the 2013 California Stormwater Quality Association Conference.

The El Dorado County Community Development Agency Transportation Division, Tahoe Engineering Unit, is recognized as a leading agency in the planning and management of stormwater and watershed management within the Tahoe Basin and was the only local jurisdiction invited to present at the 2013 California Stormwater Quality Association Conference held at Squaw Valley earlier in September. Dan Kikkert, Russ Wigart and Brendan Ferry were recognized at the September 17, 2013 Board of Supervisors' public meeting in a surprise presentation by Supervisor Santiago for their outstanding work and representation. Certificates with the Chair's signature were presented and this agenda item requests board authorization of the Chair's signature on each of the certificates presented that day.
