Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, Conference with Real Property Negotiator: Instructions to its negotiator regarding the real property described as follows:
1) APN 036-411-01. The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate are Jeffrey A. Chamberlain & Janet L. Chamberlain, husband and wife, as community property;
2) APN 036-412-04. The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate are Salvador Vazquez and Guillermina Vasquez, husband and wife as joint tenants as to an undivided ½ interest; and Salvador B. Vazquez and Guillermina H. Vazquez, husband and wife as community property as to an undivided ½ interest;
3) APN 036-412-12. The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate are Michael Paul Njoten and Anna Louise Njoten, husband and wife, as joint tenants;
4) APN 036-421-05. The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate are Charles W. Gleave and Marla J. Gleave or their successors, as Trustees for the Gleave Living Trust dated 11/17/03;
5) APN 036-421-09. The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate are Paul K. Friederici and Rachelle D. Friederici, Trustees of the Paul K. Friederici and Rachelle D. Friederici Revocable Trust dated March 12, 2004;
6) APN 036-421-10. The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate are Richard Meraz and Ruthann Meraz, husband and wife as community property with right of survivorship;
7) APN 036-422-06. The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate is Alan R. Coster, who acquired title as a single man;
8) APN 036-422-12. The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate are Mathew M. Laster and Elizabeth Marinelli-Laster, husband and wife as joint tenants; and
