Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
There is no impact to Net County Cost.  The Veterans Affairs Commission special revenue fund currently has $6,659 available for use by the Veteran Affairs Commission.  These funds were received in February 2005 as a donation to the Veterans Affairs Commission.

Reason for Recommendation
The Veterans Affairs Commission has identified a need for funds to support advertising and transportation to a Job and Resource Fair to be held in Sacramento on November 7, 2013.  These funds were not included in the adopted FY 2013-14 budget and the Chief Administrative Office is recommending that the full amount of funding available be budgeted at this time to help with the Job Fair as well as any additional needs identified by the Veterans Affairs Commission in FY 2013-14.
