A request submitted by Alexandros Economou-A.G. Spanos Companies to consider Pre-Application PA13-0014/El Dorado Hills Apartments-Town Center for a Conceptual Review of a 250-unit residential apartment complex within the El Dorado Hills Town Center East.  The property, identified by Assessor's Parcel Numbers 121-290-60, 121-290-61, and 121-290-62, consisting of 4.6 acres, is located on the northwest corner area of Town Center Drive and Vine Street, within the El Dorado Hills Town Center East, in the El Dorado Hills area, Supervisorial District 1.
 
The purpose of this review is to assist the applicant in identifying potential project issues and solutions, consider alternative designs, and receive early feedback from the Board in an informal workshop without formal action, thereby improving the quality of the formal development application.
