Background
A request submitted by Tim Regehr to consider Pre-Application PA13-0015/Sopiago Springs Resort for a Conceptual Review of a public campground/multi-use resort including motorcycle tracks and trails, amplified music concerts, a lodge, general store, and off-site signs.  The property, identified by Assessor's Parcel Numbers 040-090-59 and 040-090-60, consisting of 150 acres, is located on the east side of the North-South Road, approximately 1.8 miles north of the intersection with Omo Ranch Road, in the South County area, Supervisorial District 2.
 
The purpose of this review is to assist the applicant in identifying potential project issues and solutions, consider alternative designs, and receive early feedback from the Board in an informal workshop without formal action, thereby improving the quality of the formal development application.
