Chief Administrative Office, Parks Division, submitting request to consider the transfer of River Use Permit #20 from Mick Brockman, owner of River Otter Adventures, LLC, to Monica Stark, owner of Rise Up River Trips, LLC; and staff recommending the Planning Commission take the following actions:
1) Approve the transfer of River Use Permit #20 from Mick Brockman, owner of River Otter Adventures, LLC, to Monica Stark, owner of Rise Up River Trips, LLC; and
2) Approve a one-year provisional River Use Permit for Rise Up River Trips, LLC owned by Monica Stark.
