Reason for Recommendation
Pursuant to Election Code section 9115(f) the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters certified the results of an initiative petition entitled: "An initiative measure to amend the El Dorado County General Plan regarding community regions and rural centers".
The Board ordered the initiative measure to be placed on the November 4, 2014 election. This resolution repeats that order plus establishes the language for the ballot question.
