Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
There is no fiscal impact and no cost to the General Fund associated with this item.

Background
This roadway serves Serrano Village J, and was a realignment of the existing Sienna Ridge Road.  Construction of the project was completed by Parker Development Company in accordance with the Public Improvements Financing Plan, CFD 1992-1, Primary Road Improvement #7, for the El Dorado Hills Specific Plan.  The project relocated and reconstructed a portion of Sienna Ridge Road, a County-Maintained Roadway.  While this project was constructed using the title Sienna Ridge Drive (Sta. 1+03.13 to 13+50.00) and Signalization Improvements, the official name of the roadway is Sienna Ridge Road.

Reason for Recommendation
Adoption of this resolution accepting the relocated portion of Sienna Ridge Road into the County's Maintained Mileage System will allow the County to receive the appropriate amounts of Federal and State Transportation Revenues and will allow Parker Development Company to receive reimbursement from the Community Facilities District.
