Background:
The County Surveyor's Office received an application from Lennar Homes of California, Inc., a California Corporation, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 14-007), for a drainage easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 118-480-05, and being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached IOD. The subject property is further identified as Lot 535 of West Valley Village Unit 5A, recorded in Subdivision, Book J at Page 97 at the Recorders Office, El Dorado County.
Reason For Recommendation:
The Community Development Agency, Transportation Division, has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to and rejection of this offer.
The Department has reviewed said offer and recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the Consent To Offer Dedication And Rejection Of Offer for the drainage easement and to record the IOD with said consent attached. Authorization for recording said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) The Clerk will obtain the Chair's signature on the Consent To Offer Dedication And Rejection Of Offer
2) The Clerk will record the IOD with the Consent To Offer Dedication And Rejection Of Offer, attached to the back of the document.
3) The Clerk will return a copy of the recorded document to the County Surveyor's Office.
