Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
There is no Change to Net County Cost. The Sheriff's FY 2014/15 budget has appropriated funding for this Agreement and will continue to budget for the Agreement through FY 2019/20.
Background
The Sheriff's high-band radio communications system requires equipment to be located at various sites around the County. Since the installation of the system in the late 1990's, equipment needed to provide communication services in South County has been located on Mr. Garibaldi's property.
Reason for Recommendation
The current Agreement expires on 11/21/14, and this new Agreement continues the Sheriff's Office use of the site for another five-year period.

The Chair to sign two originals and return one to the Sheriff's Office for distribution.
