Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts Division,  presenting a list of property for donation to Grace Foundation of Northern California; and recommending the Board so declare and authorize donation of same in accordance with the procedures outlined in the County's Purchasing Ordinance, Chapter 3.12.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:  Approve.

Reason for Recommendation:  The Public Health Department, Animal Control Division would like to donate one (1) pole shelter, one (1) air conditioning unit, roofing materials, fencing, and siding  to Grace Foundation of Northern California for use in the care of their animals.  The property listed for donation would otherwise be demolished along with the rest of the existing animal control shelter.  The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
 
Fiscal Impact:  None.
 
Action to be taken following approval:  Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with Grace Foundation of Northern California for the donation of said property.
