Background
On January 29, 2013, the Board of Supervisors (Board) authorized Amendment #1 to the West Valley Village Subdivision Improvement Agreement 6C (AGMT #07-1495) extending the performance period to February 7, 2013.  On February 4, 2014 the Board approved Amendment #2 extending the performance period to February 7, 2014 and authorized preparation and execution of Amendment #3 to extend the performance period to February 4, 2015.

The Cost estimates and bond amounts for the work yet to be completed, and prepared by the Developer's Registered Civil Engineer remain unchanged from that shown in Amendment #1, and have been found by Transportation to be sufficient to protect the County's interests.

Reason for Recommendation
The construction of this subdivision is nearly complete.  This extension will allow the Owner/Developer time to complete any remaining items and finalize the project.
