County Surveyor's Office recommending the Board consent to, but reject an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 14-011) from THE DAN AND SHERALYN DI RE FAMILY TRUST DATED JULY 18, 1996, for a drainage easement located on a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 118-480-02. Parcel is further identified as Lot 529 of Subdivisions, Book J, Page 97, as recorded at the Recorders Office, El Dorado County. Authorization for recording said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
DISCUSSION BACKGROUND:
The County Surveyor's Office received an application from THE DAN AND SHERALYN DI RE FAMILY TRUST DATED JULY 18, 1996, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 14-011), for a drainage easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 118-480-02, and being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached IOD. The subject property is further identified as Lot 529 of Subdivisions, Book J, Page 97, as recorded at the Recorders Office, El Dorado County.
