The cost of the title report is $550.00. Funding for Right of Way acquisition is budgeted in the Capital Improvement Program and will be provided by a combination of 2004 GP TIM, Developer Advance TIM, Developer Funded, and TIM Fee- West Slope. There is no fiscal impact or change to Net County Cost associated with this item as funds in the Fiscal Year 2014-15 budget will be utilized. This project is not funded by the General Fund.

Background
The Northern portion of the Silver Springs Parkway Project was constructed in 2013. The Southern portion (to be built) will connect the existing Parkway to Bass Lake Road and the completed Parkway will provide a connector road between Bass Lake Road and Green Valley Road. The Silver Springs Parkway will be a two-lane divided roadway with shoulders.

Reason for Recommendation
The County will need a temporary construction easement and or permanent right-of-way from the parcel listed above.
