Title: Community Development Agency, Environmental Management Division, recommending the Board adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 076-2015 to: 1) Accept a grant award in an amount up to $26,000 from the State of California, Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery, Tire Enforcement Grant Program Fiscal Year 2014/15 (TEA 22), under the Public Resources Code sections 40000 et seq. in furtherance of the State of California's efforts to reduce, recycle and reuse solid waste generated in the State; and 2) Delegate authority to the Community Development Agency Director, or designee, to execute all grant documents, including, but not limited to, the grant funding agreement, amendments, requests for payment, reports, and all associated documents necessary to secure grant funds and implement the approved grant project.
