2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign Amendment II to Agreement for Services No. 381-S1310 with ADA Compliance Consultants, Inc. on-call Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance consulting services increasing compensation by $88,000, for an amended not to exceed amount of $148,000 and extending the term for an amended expiration of December 31, 2016.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
In 1990 the Americans with Disabilities Act was passed that established standards for accessibility to public buildings. With the average age of a County facility approaching forty years old the County has significant work to perform in this area. Additionally, the County is currently 6 ½ years into a 10 year Consent Decree and Order to remedy its deficiencies that shall expire November 2018.
