Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction. The results of the votes cast at the Many Oaks Lane Zone of Benefit Election held May 5, 2015, were certified by the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters on May 11, 2015 and are submitted herewith.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Many Oaks Lane Zone of Benefit will be billed for actual cost to conduct the election. The Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said district.
