Request to consider GOV15-0004/Rescue Union School District School Site Acquisition submitted by RESCUE UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT (Agent: David Swart) for Findings of Consistency with the El Dorado County General Plan and Bass Lake Hills Specific Plan for a proposed school site acquisition pursuant to California Government Code Section 65402(a). The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 115-040-06 and 115-040-08, consisting of 21 acres, is located along the southeastern area of Serrano Parkway and Bass Lake Road, within the Bass Lake Hills Specific Plan area, in the El Dorado Hills area, Supervisorial District 1.  [County Planner: Mel Pabalinas]
