Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Advisory Committee, recommending the Board make the following appointment to the IHSS Advisory Committee:
Appoint Chantal Morriss, Consumer Representative (Vacant), Term Expiration 11/10/2017.

On September 28, 2015, a Notice of Vacancy was posted for IHSS for three vacancies. An applicant attended an IHSS meeting and participated in the meeting and provided her qualifications. The IHSS Advisory Committee discussed and decided to appoint this applicant to the IHSS Advisory Committee.
