Surveyor's Office recommending the Board consider the following:
1) Acknowledges and consents to an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 14-012) for drainage easements from Lennar Homes of California, Inc., A California Corporation; and
2) Reject said offer at this time, reserving, however, the right to accept the offer at any time. These dedications are in support of the Carson Crossing Zone of Benefit and the Carson Creek Specific Plan.

DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:
County Surveyor's Office recommending the Board acknowledges and consents to an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 14-012) for drainage easements from LENNAR HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION. The County Surveyor further recommends that the Board reject said offer at this time, reserving, however, the right to accept the offer at any time. The offers are described in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B of the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.
DISCUSSION BACKGROUND:
The County Surveyor's Office received an application from LENNAR HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 14-012), for drainage easements in support of the Carson Crossing Zone of Benefit and the Carson Creek Specific Plan.

The Community Development Agency, Transportation Services Division, has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to, and rejection of, this offer.
