Title
Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the Health and Human Services Agency, Public Health Division, and the Local Enforcement Agency Independent Hearing Panel, recommending the Board appoint Sharon Elliot, Member of the General Public, to the Local Enforcement Agency Independent Hearing Panel with a term expiring January 1, 2020. This appointment would be retroactive to December 15, 2015.

On November 19, 2015, a Notice of Vacancy was posted for the anticipated vacancy. No applications were received during the posting period. One application was received from Sharon Elliot prior to the posting of the Notice of Vacancy. The Public Health Department and the Local Enforcement Agency Independent Hearing Panel met and decided to appoint Sharon Elliot. A clerical error was made on the December 15, 2015 agenda reappointing Terry Haffner. The appointment should have been for Sharon Elliot based upon the recommendation.
