Title

DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION

Transportation Division recommends approval of this Road Improvement Agreement in order for the Developer to complete all the Conditions of Approval for the Sunset Lane Apartments project. Condition No. 16 requires the construction of the roadway identified as Becken Lane.

 

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

On March 23, 2012 the plans for the road improvements were approved by the Transportation Division.  The Developer has obtained all required authorizations to work in the Public Utility Easement and is ready to complete this project in accordance with the approved plans.

FINANCIAL IMPACT

The requested Board action has no associated fiscal impact or Net County Cost as the work to be done will be completed by the Developer.

 

CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS

1) The Clerk will obtain the Chair’s signature on the two (2) originals of Agreement 13-53705.

2) The Clerk will return one (1) fully executed original of the Agreement to the Transportation Division.
