Fair Manager recommending the Board approve and authorize the Chair to sign the 2016 El Dorado County Fair Budget with total revenues in the amount of $1,257,850 and expenses in the amount of $1,254,358 as approved by the El Dorado County Fair Board of Directors at their meeting of December 7, 2015.
FUNDING: No county funds are included in the Fair Association budget.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
At their March 29, 2005 meeting, the Board of Supervisors entered into an agreement with the El Dorado County Fair Association Inc., a general non-profit corporation, for continued management of the County Fair for a term of five years with automatic annual renewals. (Attachment B)
Section 16 of the Agreement requires the Fair Association to present their budget to the Board of Supervisors for approval. The budget indicates estimated revenues and the proposed expenditures from all sources during the ensuing calendar year.
CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
Clerk of the Board will submit the signed original of the Fair budget to the Fair Association and retain a copy for the record of the Board of Supervisors.
