DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:
County Surveyor's Office recommending the Board acknowledge and consent to the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 15-006) for two drainage easements from EL DORADO IRRIGATION DISTRICT. The County Surveyor further recommends that the Board reject said offer at this time, reserving, however, the right to accept the offer at any time. The offer is described in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B of the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.
DISCUSSION BACKGROUND:
The County Surveyor's Office received an application from EL DORADO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 15-006), for drainage easements in support of the Carson Crossing Zone of Benefit and the Carson Creek Specific Plan. EID inadvertently recorded the IOD prior to the consent from El Dorado County. The IOD needs to be re-recorded with a correctory cover sheet attached to the front and a consent to the offer attached to the back.

OTHER DEPARTMENT / AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The Community Development Agency, Transportation Services Division, has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to, and rejection of, these offers.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no Fiscal Impact and no Net County Cost associated with the requested action
