Title: Human Services Department, Social Services Division, recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Amendment 01 to Agreement 386-S0511 with New Morning Youth and Family Services, Inc. adding "Article XXIV - Nondiscrimination" and deleting the reference to "shelter" in both the Scope of Services and Compensation for Services section for therapeutic counseling services on an "as-requested" basis for participants of the CalWORKS and Child Protective Services Program. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve. FUNDING: Federal, State and County General Fund, No change in compensation .
