Title: Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts Division, recommending award of Bid 06-425-073 for new tables and chairs to be used in the new El Dorado Hills Senior Center. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize blanket purchase order to Healthcare Source of Martinez, California in the amount of $25,259, including sales tax, and authorize extension of said blanket purchase order on an "as-requested" basis if funding is available within the requesting department's budget.
