The department's list of perpetual agreements was submitted to the Board for approval on August 15, 2006, and NCR was inadvertently omitted. NCR provides hardware and maintenance for the Department's remittance processor.
Reason for Recommendation: The perpetual agreement with NCR is for the ongoing maintenance and support of equipment.
Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 is $14,075.00. The cost was included in the proposed budget.
Action to be taken following Board approval:The department will approve NCR invoice upon receipt and forward to Auditor-Controller for payment. The department will also notify Purchasing of Board's approval to amend the list of perpetual agreements to include NCR.
