Body
Reason for Recommendation: On May 12, 1987, the Board adopted Ordinance 3721, establishing off-site land use and development standards in the vicinity of the Cameron Park Airport.  Section 17.38.062 of this ordinance requires that all development within Airport Safety Areas provide an Avigation and Noise Easement to the County.  County acceptance and recordation of this easement notifies future buyers of restrictions affecting the property, including potential noise impacts and height limitations.

Action to be taken following Board approval: The Board Clerk's Office will record the Avigation and Noise Easement and Certificate of Acceptance.
