Phoenix Arms has quoted the new equipment at no cost to the County with the trade-in allowance. In order for the Purchasing Agent to utilize the trade-in allowance offered by this vendor, your Board must declare the property surplus prior to issuing a purchase order for the new six (6) Colt semi-automatic rifles, and the twelve (12) Glock 9mm pistols.

Fiscal Impact: None.
