Background: These applications were considered by the Planning Commission on November 9, 2006, and unanimously recommended for approval.  One adjacent property owner voiced concern that there is no road maintenance agreement, would like a 24-foot road, and asked if there could be a fire access gate to separate Dunning and Running Deer Roads. Mr. Rossi commented there is a condition requiring a road maintenance agreement, and the road will also be widened (a condition of approval). Another property owner in the area would like to see the property remain at two-acre zoning. There were no other significant issues discussed other than those in the staff report.
