RECOMMENDED ACTION: The Planning Commission recommends the Board take the following action: 1. Adopt the negative declaration, as prepared; and 2. Approve Z06-0033 rezoning Assessor's Parcel Number 094-020-05 from Estate Residential Five-acre (RE-5) to Commercial-Planned Development (C-PD), based on the findings listed on Attachment 1.
Background: This application was considered by the Planning Commission on December 28, 2006, and unanimously recommended for approval. There were no new significant issues discussed other than those in the staff report.
