Transportation Department recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Temporary Construction Easement Agreement with Jackson II, LLC and Jackson Sr., LLC and accompanying Certificate of Acceptance; and authorize the Director of said Department or designee to execute internal Escrow Instructions and any other related escrow documents pertaining to the transaction for the Latrobe Road Widening Project Phase 2, Project 66101, including the payment of title and escrow fees, if necessary.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve.

Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
The Latrobe Road Widening Project, Phase 2, including the subject property acquisition costs of $100.00 for the Temporary Construction Easement and $400.00 for the title fees, will be paid from prepaid impact fees held in a Latrobe Road construction reserve fund.
Background:
The El Dorado County Department of Transportation proposes to improve a portion of the Latrobe Road corridor in and near the community of El Dorado Hills. The project limits are on White Rock Road from Latrobe Road to Manchester. The subject property is located on the southwest corner of White Rock Road and Windfield Way.
On April 5, 2005, staff asked for and received authorization to proceed with acquisitions for this project and Seevers Jorgan Ziegenmeyer performed the appraisal to determine the value of the Temporary Construction Easement.
Reason for Recommendation:
