Hearing to consider adoption of Resolution 012-2007 authorizing the submission of an application to California Department of Housing and Community Development for the California Community Economic Enterprise Fund Component 2006/2007 Grant in the amount of $500,000 to continue to provide economic benefit to local business owners; and Chairman be authorized to sign Statement of Assurances and the Director of the Human Services Department to execute and administer the standard agreement and any amendments thereto that do not affect the dollar amount or the term and other grant related documents, upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
