Reason for Recommendation: Name of the legal firm referenced above has been changed to Erickson, Beasley & Hewitt, LLP necessitating a revision to the original agreement effective retroactively to October 11, 2006. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. Contract is for legal services related to Missouri Flat Interchange Project.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board Chair will sign duplicate original Amendments with copies to be forwarded to all parties including Erickson, Beasley & Hewitt, LLP, County Counsel, and Department of Transportation.
