Reason for Recommendation: Need to Revise Conflict of Interest Code to take into account changes in employment positions and job duties since the last revision.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board adoption of the attached Resolution enacts the revised code. No further action by the Board is necessary. The Elections Department will circulate the appropriate disclosure forms for the affected employees.
