Mental Health Department recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Amendment 2 to Agreement 113-S0610 with Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. increasing compensation by $65,000 to $100,000 for the term April 11, 2006 through April 30, 2007 to provide personnel to supplement the psychiatric facility on an "as-requested" basis for said Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve.
