Human Services Department, Social Services Division, recommending Chairman be authorized to sign retroactive Amendment 2 to Agreement 337-S0511 with Family Connections El Dorado, Inc. extending the term through January 31, 2008, adjusting compensation language to reflect the three year term and adding non-discrimination language for provision of therapy on an "as-requested" basis for clients of said Department.
FUNDING: Federal, State and County General Fund.
