RECOMMENDED ACTION:  The Planning Commission recommends the Board take the following action:  1. Find the project statutorily exempt pursuant to Section 15268(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines; and 2.  Approve TM89-1147C, subject to the conditions listed on Attachment 1, based on the findings listed on Attachment 2.
 
 
 
Background: This map correction was considered by the Planning Commission on January 11, 2007, and unanimously recommended for approval. The applicant's agent was present and concurred with the proposed conditions.  No other input was received.
