Hearing to consider a correction to TM89-1147C submitted by Robert and Vera Doettling, Danny and Sandra Marostica, VCO, a California Limited Partnership to amend the recorded final map for Longview Estates, Unit 3 (Lots 35 through 38) to reconcile the map with the correct location of the right-of-way for the cul-de-sac that fronts the four subject parcels identified as APNs 325-420-11, 12, -13 and -14 in the Placerville Periphery area.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: The Planning Commission recommends the Board take the following action: 1. Find the project statutorily exempt pursuant to Section 15268(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines; and 2. Approve TM89-1147C, subject to the conditions listed on Attachment 1, based on the findings listed on Attachment 2.
Background: This map correction was considered by the Planning Commission on January 11, 2007, and unanimously recommended for approval. The applicant's agent was present and concurred with the proposed conditions. No other input was received.
