General Services Department recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Lease Agreement 538-L0711 with Floyd Family Limited Partnership in the amount of $16,390 per month for the term March 1, 2007 through February 29, 2012 for 7,500 square feet of improved office space with the use of common parking areas located at 1900 Lake Tahoe Boulevard, South Lake Tahoe for the Department of Mental Health.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve.
