Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:The total funding for this agreement is $150,000 for the two year period.
 
Background: JDT Consultants provides mental health services for emotionally disturbed minors on an "as requested" basis for the Mental Health Department.
 
Reason for Recommendation:JDT Consultants provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services to El Dorado County minors who are experiencing a stressful transition of life crisis and who need short term support to prevent placement in a higher level of residential care or to enable placement in a less restrictive level of care. Consultant will provide individualized one-on-one behavioral assistance and interventions. Consultant will also provide training to County employees.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:Board Clerk's Office will forward executed agreement to Mental Health Department for further processing. CAO's Procurement and Contracts Division will create a blanket purchase order.
