Reason for Recommendation:
Funds were originally deposited to the Special Revenue Fund from CASA El Dorado County on January 24, 2005 to assist detained delinquent youth in El Dorado County, South Lake Tahoe, California. It has since been determined that CASA El Dorado County will expend these funds for services provided to detained delinquent youth within the community directly from their agency.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
Approve of the attached Budget Transfer in the amount of $3,087.30. This amount, along with funds already budgeted in FY 06/07, will be adequate to process the $6,610.09 warrant to CASA of El Dorado (South Lake Tahoe). Probation to process a claim to the Auditor/Controller requesting a warrant payable to CASA El Dorado County, South Lake Tahoe.
