Background:
Reason for Recommendation: Energy Visions is introducing the newest technology utilizing waste materials to produce affordable,clean diesel fuel. The working model is making it's way to the United States and the Pacific Rim out of Germany; Energy Visions is looking for a site with which to introduce California to this technology. El Dorado County is a prime location, close proximity to the state capitol, large urban areas, is easily accessible by highways useable feed stock; and, with a letter of intent, can take proactive steps to pursue the placement of a county plant.
