Chief Administrative Office recommending that the Board receive and file the Initial Draft Response to the 2006-2007 Grand Jury Second Mid-term report and provide feedback to the CAO regarding changes to incorporate in the Final Draft Response.

Reason for Recommendation: The Human Resources Department and the Chief Administrative Office have prepared the attached Initial Draft Response to the Grand Jury's mid-term report for Fiscal Year 2006-07 regarding the El Dorado County Human Resources Department. Following any additional changes directed by the Board today, staff will prepare a Final Draft Response for the Board's adoption and submittal to the Superior Court Presiding Judge.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The CAO will prepare the Final Draft Response with Board changes to this Initial Draft Response.
