Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None.
Background: The CAL-ID RAN Board meets annually to approve the expenditure of funds from of the Livescan Fingerprint Identification Special Revenue Fund (#7724353) and the Automated Fingerprint Special Revenue Fund (#7702302).
Reason for Recommendation: On 4/10/07, the CAL-ID RAN Board held its annual meeting to approve expenditure requests for FY07/08 and to ratify prior expenditures. During that meeting the CAL-ID RAN Board approved a request from the Placerville Police Department to reimburse them up to $15,000 for staffing and operational costs for the Livescan fingerprinting process in FY06/07.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The Auditor will post the attached Budget Transfer request.
