Background:
The subject parcel (APN 124-322-04) is affected by the Green Valley Road Widening Project #72355. The parcel is located in the Mormon Island Park Subdivision on the south side of Green Valley Road. The project is currently widening Green Valley Road from the County line east to Francisco Drive.
Reason for Recommendation:
A Permit to Enter and Construct is necessary to provide supplemental mitigation, as determined during construction, to alleviate the visual impact for the Green Valley Road Widening Project. The Permit to Enter and Construct grants permission to the County, its authorized employees, consultants, and contractors to enter upon said property and install landscape improvements.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
Director of the Department of Transportation to sign Permit to Enter and Construct.
