Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: Cost is not to exceed $20,000 per fiscal year to cover costs of licensing fees, support and maintenance and will continue to be budgeted annually for the maintenance of this software as long as the software is being utilized by this Department.
Reason for Recommendation: The current compensation schedule expires June 30, 2007. Amendment III increases funding to cover support and licensing beginning July 1, 2007 and amends the language of Article IV, Compensation for Services.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Chair will sign the Agreement and County Counsel will request the funds to be encumbered in fiscal year 2007/2008 upon budget approval.
