Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
The Department of Human Services   has advised General Services that funds will be included in their FY 2007-08 budget request for next fiscal year.
 
Background:
The County of El Dorado has leased this facility since October 27, 1998 for the Department of Human Services.
 
Reason for Recommendation:
The current facility lease agreement expires on June 30, 2007 and the Department of Human Services has expressed their desire to exercise the option to extend the lease for an additional one (1) year term commencing on July 1, 2007 and ending on June 30, 2008. The lease amount is $1,061.52 per month for the Senior Nutrition Program.  
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:
Upon approval by the Board, General Services will forward the official notification to the Lessor.
