Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: Department of Human Services has advised General Services that funds are available within their FY 2007/08 budget.
Background: County of El Dorado has leased this space since March 30, 2000 for the Senior Nutrition Program.
Reason for Recommendation:The current facility lease agreement expires on June 30, 2007. The Department of Human Services has expressed its desire to continue occupancy of this facility. A new Facility Use Agreement will commence on July 1, 2007 and end on June 30, 2009 with five (5) additional one (1) year increments. The lease amount is $1,500.00 per month with an annual a two (2%) percent increase.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board clerk will forward to General Services Department a fully executed original copy of the Facility Use Agreement 744-L0711 for distribution and administration.
