Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:The total funding for this agreement is $307,000 for the six month contract. There is no Change to Net County Cost.
 
Background: Sierra Child and Family Services has been providing specialty mental health services for county minors for five years. These services include 24 hour crisis response and individual and group counseling to children and families.
 
Reason for Recommendation:This agreement will allow for the continued provision of specialty mental health services for emotionally disturbed youth. This agreement will cover the period July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:Board Clerk's Office will forward the executed agreement to Mental Health for further processing.
